Opportunities to help

Another day another opportunity to help someone. Last night we gave a ride to two ladies who are travelling to Ireland. They are travelling with a fairly large dog and a cat. They had a place to stay overnight so we offered to drop them of at their airbnb. We learned that they are flying to Dublin via Amsterdam, same flight i was on. We offered to take them to the airport. Check in booths in Poland open two hours prior to boarding so you don’t learn that something is missing for boarding till then.

As we were checking in we learned that animals need to have a special document and that document needs to be in English. They had that document but it was in Ukrainian. We needed to improvise, i translated the document quickly into English and we presented it to the ticket person. All of that with 20 minutes before boarding started. Another family needed the same document so I got to work. With 10 minutes to go we headed towards security. Got the the gate a few minutes late but both families were able to board without any issues. Viktoria gave me a big hug saying that thank you. Another humbling experience and evidence of God’s hand in this effort to help others
